Hello, Democrats! I’m Cari Templeton, and I would love to serve you again as a California Democratic Party Executive Board Member. I am an activist, parent, and public servant in the Bay Area.
2023: Elected to the E-Board for AD23
2024: Elected to the SCCDP with 14,860 votes
2025 President of the Peninsula Democratic Coalition, one of the largest Democratic clubs in the Peninsula.
I am proud to represent our party since 2017 by promoting Democratic values at the local, county, state, and national levels, and with your support I look forward to the opportunity to continue serving on the E-Board.
My goal is to elevate the voices of all members of our community by increasing local participation in the Democratic Party. To that end, I worked for and volunteered on over 40 campaigns in 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024 including campaigns: to implement a business tax and energy transfer tax in Palo Alto to provide transit and affordable housing funds, to save renter protections in Mountain View; to endorse progressive candidates for local office in the Santa Clara County Democratic Party; to promote pro-choice, pro-labor Democratic women to the state legislature; to reform healthcare in California; and to register new voters including young and unhoused.
